Online purchases (gifts excluded) made through stylequartershome.com are valid for exchange and return within 30 days from the date you've received all your item(s).
We will do our best to satisfy all return and exchange requests. Please contact so we can try to diagnose and fix and issue you may have first and foremost. If we can’t solve the problem, we’re happy to accept the return or exchange. Please keep the item in its original state. Items that have been cut, washed, or altered will not be eligible for exchange or return. Custom orders can not be exchanged or returned. Please contact us before attempting to return your products, returns without prior customer communication will be rejected.
How To Return?
Please contact us at (sales@stylequartershome.com) to request a return for exchange within 7 days after the order is received. No exchanges or returns will be processed after this time. After the return for refund request has been authorized, ship the order and the exchange form back to the address provided. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. $10 will be deducted.
How To Exchange?
Rush Exchange:
Place a new order and you will receive a refund for your original order when it arrives back at our warehouse.
Upon receipt of an eligible returned product, we will issue a full refund for the amount of purchase. (no restocking fee)
Standard Exchange:
Please contact us at (sales@stylequartershome.com) to request a return for exchange within 7 days after the order is received. No exchanges or returns will be processed after this time.
After the return for refund request has been authorized, ship the order and the exchange form back to the address provided. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
A one-time 30% restocking fee will be applied any exchanges after the second-time.
Bulk and Large orders (10 or more pillow covers): Due to the time and resource intensive nature of constructing your covers, returns on larger orders are eligible for exchange and store credit only.
There may be small variations in finished pillow cover size since they are handmade. Any variance should have no visible impact on look and feel of pillow once an insert is in the cover.
